Ever since the new Canadian government announced that marijuana will be legalized by the year 2017, Canadians are still in doubt what to expect from the whole process. But, until then, possessing, producing and selling marijuana is still illegal in Canada. That’s why it is important to keep in mind laws of other countries where this substance has been, at least, partially legalized.
